There are some BIOS that have a warning message like
that when something is changing boot section.
usually you can set that trough machine setup.
It might be a virus changing your hard disk info, or you
installed some software that might change the booting
section of your machine.
If you have not loaded any new software before message
started popping, you might update your antivirus
or get a new one.
It appears every time you boot your machine ??
