Thanks, you're right. User should not make any strange behaviour on primary key

I give a new column agent_no which tell the sales the company is followed by with agent company!

Then, "128DJ" can re-assign to new cust_no with a RefCust_no carry to old cust_no value for reference and the agent_no will be "128" for indication!!
