>Can you give me some idea of how to map it as a drive using the LMHosts file
For Win9x Attaching to NT Server over Internet:
1) Edit or create a file called LMHOSTS (no ext) in your \WINDOWS
directory
2) Insert the IP Address of the server and the server name as follows in the file.
192.100.100.100 SERVERNAME
3) Save the file and type NBTSTAT -R
4) Your userid and password at your workstation must match an NT user ID, then type NET USE F: \\SERVERNAME\DRIVE and you'll map the drive over TCP/IP
Keep in mind the above makes several assumptions, including that your system administrator does not have a firewall in place blocking this type of activity.
