It should have been installed with VFP. Check the Controls tab of the Options dialog. Look for the name Microsoft Picture Clip Control. It should be there. The filename is PICCLP32.OCX and should be in your Windows system directory.

One last note. Be sure that you add the picture clip control before the ImageLists, it must be instantiated before they can access it.
