Answers given here are based on personal experiences from individuals who are volunteer.

Sometimes, questions aren't clear enough to comment on it (Do you need to be browser independant? As Michael said, "And why wouldn't you want to use ASP?").
So some questions are left unanswered. Peoples here are happy to give answer when they have one.
