Thanks for your help. Your suggestion worked great. Specific instructions on setting the record source and control source were the most helpful. My past attempts at using forms were discouraged because I had a little trouble understanding exactly what these fields do based on my reading of the VFP documentation.

As I said before, I know this OOP stuff is very powerful when you've traversed enough of the learning curve so you know which of the many parameters to address (a more importantly, what you can ignore) when you have something relatively simple to do.

The 'browse' has left the building....
