You're right it isn't that difficult, I just figured there was enough VFP help here that a Tip of the Day pertaining to FoxPro would be more of a size hog than its worth. I suppose you could put it under the 'new' section or 'files' but why not just make it a KB or FAQ.

Which leads me to a point: Not every peice of software created has to mimic the look and uselessness of MS Products. If I'm a first time user of a web browser and I see a cute little picture of a sundial on my toolbar what will I think? "Oh look, its a clock." But when I click on it I see a new strange screen not what I expected. Wouldn't it be easier just to a button with the wotd "history" on it?

Don't get me wrong there a 'Tip of the Day' is nice for maybe a MS Works, but some other suggestions just don't have a place in a coporate setting if just to mimic MS, ie: My Favorites (oh isn't that cute), Channels, Subscriptions.
