Greeting All,

I have an application that is 99% completed but I still have a couple of setfocus issues to resolve. I have a couple of similar screens where the user enters in new data. It has a couple of text boxes and a combo list. The combo list is a smart list where it looks to see if the value exists and if it doesn't it will open up a form to add a new value to the list (valid event). When the user saves the main information I want to return the focus to the first text box. I have code in place to do this (i.e. thisform.text2.setfocus), but when I issue it, the cursor gets put into the combo box. I tricked it by issuing a keyboard "{backtab}" command but this really isn't the correct way to handle this. Any ideas?
(Also, nothing has been disabled and everything is visible)
