Put the database in a folder on a server that all user can access and have read-write rights. Be sure not to hard code the path of the database in your app, but put it in a INI file, so that the user can change it easily if the database is moved to another location.
>Actually I am doing on hire purchase accounting package with vb6 using local database containing maximum 100000 records and want to make on access multiuser database. As U mentioned in your earlier mail I can go upto 5 user in multiuser requirement, this is sufficient for me. Now I want to know how can I put my access database(.mdb) on server, so that it would not give me problem at the time of accessing. I am waiting for Your valuable suggestion, it will really give me support.
