Thanks a lot. You got me thinking... I have done a GANTT chart using the ChartFX component using a horizontal stacked chart style. Each bar consists of 2 series stacked together. I made the first series the same colour as the background to create the 'floating' effect of the series. This is progress however, my chart would look a lot neater if I could make the black frame of the first series the same colour as the background....
