I can understand why they don't want to sell or give the description of all their databases. They could be afraid that you wanted to do an accounting package out of the descriptions of all of their databases.

Did you explain what you wanted to do with those informations? Maybe if you ask for only some databases (only the information that you really need) they will give or sell those descriptions to you.
