You can do so, first Exclude the label, report out of project..

Then, copy the needed label, report files to application directory.
(i.e. .lb? , .fr?)

Now, you can use the Modify Label myLabel to design them!!

if you want to put the designer in other desktop window..

you need to see help on Modify LABEL, Define Window, etc.

If you use system menu, you can activate the need toolbar. ^_^;
