It's supposed to be on the CD and install by default, but I'm not sure
where it's actually installed. You probably have to search it out on the
CD and install it separately.

If you're distributing an app with HTML Help make sure you check the
option in the setup wizard to distribute the help support files. Yes,
this is required, because VFP's help engine uses a second component
to manage HTML Help from within an application.

If all you need to do is launch HTML Help files (ie. no context sensitive
help) then you can simply use the ShellExecute API call to bring up the
help file.

>>Hello,
>>I am distributing a VFP 6 application with HTML online help (compiled help). I SET HELP TO myHelp.chm, and ON KEY LABEL F1 Help, but it won't work. I have installed IE 4.0, but still it doesn't work.

>Can't help I'm afraid, but I'm glad you raised the issue - I can't even find the html help generator that sposed to come with vfp! Where is it? I can't remember the filename mention in the MSDN help (something like htmlhelp.exe?) but I searched my entire hard disks and the foxpro cds and couldn't find it anywhere, so in managing to create the html help you're already one up on me!
