OK, but the problem is that I want to know in BeforeRowColChange if the movement is from row to row, not in AfterRowColChange. In AfterRowColChange we are in the new row - this not a validation, as in BROWSE WHEN clause.

In this case, in BeforeRowColChange, the parameter is only index of the current column, we need index of NEW row.
