Actually I decided the problem nearly same way, but this is a compromise,
because at the time of checking we are allready at the new row. If, as result of recno checking, I don't like row changing - that means to return to the original row by
GO oldRecno
Effect of returning is seen by user on the screen!

All this is very easy in BROWSE WHEN clause.
