Thanks for the reply. In answer to your first question, yes the control is bound to a control source. Second, the value is not changed in the interactivechange event. The code in the interactive change event enables an 'undo' button. However, your response started me thinking that perhaps I could explicitly set the value in the refresh event. Have you ever had to convert an old VFP 3.0 project? We've come across some strange things and are wondering if it's worth the effort to convert. I've also had problems with the background colors of textboxes (if you want to hear about those just let me know).
