PDF is certainly a ubiquitous format, but I've got users who want spreadsheets that they can plgg into their sales models each month, and others who insist on integrating the Sales report into a word document that's used to pass up to their managment. it'd be much easier if I just had to print a report that could be viewed in lots of different environments...
