Object, get the boat from standstill to plane as fast as possible, using vertical jet control, and trim tabs. (Running the Jet out of water is not an option). At 3500 RPM, turn on Nitrous Oxide injectors, and respond to additional reactions !!!

>>Hi, this is my first time to chat on the forum and glad to see you here.
>>First let me introduce my self.
>>
>> I am Microsoft Certified Solution Developer specializing in C++,, VFP and Windows. Currently I am working with a manufacuring company where I develop apps
>>I work with both C++/MFC and Visual Foxpro, and Have already done a integrated solution using C++ and VFP,
>>
>>The book that I like the best is Inside Visual V++ by David J. Kruglinsi. Another tool that help you learn C++ is Mastering Microsoft Visual C++4.0 training CD. Both are from Microsoft Press.

>Great to see you as well. Sorry to take about a month to respond but I've been up to my ears in RoboHelp%$@#^$ Anyway, I am also trying to get on track for my MSCE and hopefully pickup an SD & PS on the way. How were the tests? I was thinking about the mastering CD, but, I was disapointed with the Visual Foxpro one. What was it that you liked/disliked about the VC++ one?

Overall The VC++ CD is execllent! It only teachs the basics , of course it is important for learning. For certification exam, the CD is not enough. There are details on the exam but not well covered on the CD. I find the CD is also usefull for actual development on your work. The sample code on the CD is update( VC4.0) and is very useful . Many samples that come with VC development system is VC2.0 3.0 or so. Do not learn them. Learn the newest.

What I do 't like is there are no coverage of Multi-document and Multi-View and how to utilize the win32API

Another I do not like is For database chapter all samples are for DAO( although it is simallar to ODBC). I do Foxpro so I am not interested in anything of Visual Basic stuff
