I don't know MSIE. If you still have the problem, you may try to clear the cache. If someone else is following this thread and using MSIE, maybe they can tell you what to do. I had this problem with Netscape and after clearing the cache everything was fast again. But, I don't know if this is the problem on your side.

If it's your ISP then tomorrow should be ok as many ISPs are usually fixing their problems in the same day. :)
