Right, then you should see a report in a readable format with 96 DPI. If a 9-point label is still not readable this is related to the video driver or to the problems Evan mentioned. BTW, you can display more than 100%, but it's a lot of work. Basically you have to use the Zoom feature. This will display the report to fit the current window size. Usually this is smaller than 100%, but there's no reason why you can't use ZOOM WINDOW to enlarge the preview window to something 3000x3000 pixel. The problem is that now you have to take care of scrolling.
