Thought I saw another thread on this, in the last few days, too. FWIW: We are using FP-2.x tables with our VFP migration, and not having any problems, but are not sharing between programs on line, just from the command line window by our developers. Needed to do that so that its easier to continue support on both sides during the transition... Haven't had any problems yet. The other thread suggested checking for any UDFs in the tag definitions, to be sure they are the same for both FP and VFP. Also, beware of code pages and the setting of 'strictdate' in VFP, if you have any date references in index tags.
