I don't have VID here, so I can't test for myself, but did you check the TAGNAME property of the srcElement in the function?

BTW, cells won't come up in the Intellisense in VI, because the event object is only available within the event. At design time, VI doesn't know what kind of object will trigger the event, so it doesn't fill the IntelliSense list with object type specific properties and collections, like Cells.
