I am working on some automated Excel spreadsheets from VFP5. I have searched the help files for examples of manipulating Excel objects. The problem, however, is that all examples are given in Visual Basic, which seems just different enough to cause me confusion, especially with the following procedure:

How do I make a copy of the entire first "Sheet" in the workbook, and paste it at the end of the same workbook?
