I'm running a telephony app using Artisoft controls, and occasionally when the app starts up, I get the following error: ** this file is incompatible with the current verion of visual foxpro. run '30update.prg' to update the file to the current version **

I have no idea what the file is that is being referred to, or what kind of incompatibility exists. Any ideas?
