>>>What have people heard about this web-product? We've been looking into it and wonder if its worth while.
>>
>>I haven't seen it, but I've heard good things about it. The UI was recently totally redesigned by Alan Cooper, so it should be very clean and easy to use.

>I would really like to see it then. IMHO, Alan Cooper's UI ideas are often so radical that I am not sure I would like them. I have often said when reading his articles and books "I'd like to see
him do that".
There is one thing that Cooper's
About Face nook is good for IMHO, and that's when your trying to convince client/coworker/manager that their user interface design is poorly constructive and that person turns around and questions your reasons. I love getting the chance to pull about this book under the context of "well if you think my opinions are harsh... let's see what old coop has to say"
heh. Once the book is handed over you of course paint the feigned innocence look followed by the mock surprise look of course.
And as far as DrumBeat:
All I know my web hosting services requires you to be on a high end plan in order to have drumbeat support. So out of curiosity I looked into it just to see what it was, and from the brief review of info I did I wrote it off as one of things that if I needed that sort of tool I would by the Strahl/Egger VisualWebBuilder product.
