Hi All,

My remote views use WhereType of "Key and TimeStamp". I have run into a problem determining when I should ReQuery the view as the new TimeStamp is not automatically returned after a TableUpdate. If I don't do a ReQuery before the next TableUpdate, I get an "Update Conflict". After thinking this through, it makes sense.

However, my question then is, WHEN should I do the ReQuery as to minimize the hits on the server? I could be safe and ReQuery every time I enter Edit mode or after every Save, but that seems to be wasteful.

What are you doing? Do I set a "dirty" flag after the Save and ReQuery if they Edit the same data? Or some other scheme?

TIA,
Bill Armbrecht
