Thanks for you suggestions. I tried what you said. When I compared the table stucture by browsing the database and using the LIST STRUC command on the table they were different. The database was correct and the table was wrong.

Do you have any idea where it could be getting this old table from? The tables in the distribution directory are all fine (I did a LIST STRUC on them too). I even put the distribution directory onto my network drive and did everything including the installation on it. No luck, still the same problem. I searched my hard drive couldn't find the mysterious table. I was even going to reinstall VFP 5.0 on my computer but my LAN people have removed it the from installation programs (that's another story).

Anyhow, anymore advice would be very welcomed no matter how silly or obvious it might be.
