Hello,

I am having a problem with reports. When I create our reports they are all in letter mode 8 1/2 x 11. When I ship the system to one of our Australian customers, they use the A4 metric size and when he goes to print on his HP, he gets the message, load letter tray. I tried to take the info our of the report's frx but am still having the problem.

Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.
