I'm looking for sample contracts between a software developer and a client. If anyone has something I could use as a guide I would really appreciate it. I'm looking for something that says the client pays for the custom software, owns the rights to the source code and can modify it as needed for their own use, but can't resell or license the software without royalties to me.
