Hi Jim:
I've checked to make sure that this user has the fonts that the application is using. The only fonts being used are Arial and Courier New. I've done a scan on all of my SPR's to make sure there's nothing else there.
I'm thinking that it has to be the video card but it's kind of hard for me to say that he has to get a new video card to run my old (FPW26) application. His video card is already new. (He just bought the PC)
