They are *.cdx indexes of type 'regular'. I made a reindexing screen to delete all the *.cdx s and then recreate them when the need arises. This was not often in the foxpro 2.6 application version but in the vfp5 version of this application, for some reason, this screen is called 1 or 2 a week to reindex the *.dbfs.... in order to get the right info
