If that's all the problem, you can substitute your own icon for the default one in the Project, and your app will use the one you designate. You must use an icon with both 16x16 and 32x32 images embedded in the icon; there are details on doing this in UT's FAQ.
If the only functionality you need to to create the shortcut, george's LNKFILES.DLL is far less work. The Windows Scripting Host significantly enhances not just VFP, but the entire Windows environment, which is why I chose that method to get the shortcut fiunctionality. There's a lot more to WSH than shortcut creation...
