Any number of products will handle the import task, assuming that you don't ant to write it yourself; VFP has amazingly flexible methods for dealing with text files and common data formats. And VFP can read DBFs with no problem ,obviously. I've used both Monarch and Data Junction in the past in situations where I was doing a one-off conversion and it wasn't worth writing the necessary tools myself - realize that you're likely to spend nearly as much time constructing the import with a third-party tool as you would spend writing the functionality in VFP.

As to address cleansing, I'd contact any of the post office certified vendors; there are also web-based address cleansing service available. You can contact USPS for a list of certified products.
