Don't use Combox, Listbox if your record are OVER 200!!

If you using VFP 5, there is a known bug on every 255 record,
it gives Error Number 10 and quit application at once even you have an
error handler to capture the error....
Afterwards, you will find the database has ERASE one RECORD KEY
to EMPTY STRING.. but other data exist....

For me, I have a ITEM table with 11K data, using PII 200 and 64M RAM...
it need 100 seconds to wait for ADDing record Finish show BLANK INput screen!!

After I remove the Combox, it need Less than 1 second for refreshment...

Now, there will some good control class for search record in file sections.

incrsh - textbox baseclass with setting the Insert mode to Overwrite when focus

Another class are similar - textbox with highlight the nearest match from current selstart to end!

Ingrid - textbox in GRID which search record when keyin, header show what has key-in!

Since combox is poor in your cases, don't use AutoCOmbox...
