Iain,

You can make up your mailmerge document up first, then:
- Connect to a table
- Insert database fields
- save the document

WITHIN VFP:
- Zap the table
- Fill it with the current data
- Open word from within VFP
- Open the document
- Print it out.

This should work fine without any dialog form.
