Consider yourself lucky that it's the late night study sessions, and not the multitude of PCs, servers and a huge kick-a$$ UPS (APC Symmetra model, fully loaded with batteries, so it's constant 29-30 Celcius in here (A/C doesn't do nothing).

Of course, maybe if I slept a little longer instead of working on the PC at night, that might help, but I'll use that only as a last resort :)
