Are you building new media? The media database, I forget the name... isn't build unless you build the media.... So, if you are just doing compile and test you will still see old values. Same for any of the text values, also same if you have added filed to your groups and such... none of that 'takes' untill you build the media. At least, this is how I remember it, been a few months since I worked with it.
