My boss prefers the listbox over the grid for selecting customers in our application. Our users have as many as 3000 customers. Does this seem practical? The other question is using an Array as the row source. It seems slow to me, I'd rather use an SQL rowsource, or build a cursor and use ALIAS as the rowsource. Which, one of these is better for a somewhat large number of records? Thanks for sharing your experience.
