Robert,
As Oscar said, you should ReQuery() the combo box. Combos and Lists do not refresh their contents automatically - you must force the update with the ReQuery() command. If your users are constantly updating the "MyFile" table, you can use a timer to update the combo at preset intervals. Otherwise, add this to the form or page activate and refresh methods so it is called when User B moves to a new page or a new record.
