I'd like to be able to save messages to folders.

I click 'Save message to folder' - it tells me I need to have at least one folder set up

so I click on 'Folders Setup' and get a blank grid with no obvious means of adding or modifying it in any way.

Could someone please advise me what the magic mantra is?
