ODBC drivers for Access are automatically installed with Windows and/or Office Pro.

When you go to the control panels in the ODBC administrator and click add, do you see "Microsoft Access driver"? If so, your driver should be correctly installed.

If not, reinstall sections about data and ODBC from Windows or Office.
