This isn't exactly an Internet question, but this seemed like a good place to post the question since it deals with IP...

We are in the process of signing a very large client that has kiosks setup around the country. The kiosks will be attached to a frame relay network and IP protocol to a server here at our office. We will need to send data to and receive data from the kiosk. The data will come as a data stream...not files. So..., How do I read this data and then send back a reply? I know zilch about IP so all help wil be appreciated.
