Hello all,

I am having trouble converting ADO recordsets to cursors. I can get this to work just fine when the code is in a .prg, separate .exe or called from a .dll that is NOT running under MTS. As soon as I move the .dll into MTS, the VFPCOM utility will not convert the ADO recordset to a cursor.

My simple componet uses ADO to grab some records and return an ADO record set to the calling .prg. The calling .prg reades the recordset, uses VFPCOM to convert it to a cursor.

I can only guess that I am missing some setting on the recordset. The recordset is successfully returned and I can manipulate the recordset and print the results for all test cases except when the component was executed under MTS control.


I am using NT 4.0 with SP4, ADO 2.1, VFP 6 SP3.

Has anyone successfully accomplished this or give me an idea as to what I am doing wrong?
