I have a requirement to print barcodes using MS Word ( manually not Automation ), basically I need to generate a Foxpro dbf file containing a ten character alphanumeric field ( including ASCII characters ), and use this in a Word mailmerge document, printing the contents of the field as a barcode. The documents produced will need to be read into a VFP table after processing (I understand from a previous thread that the hardware pretty well takes care of this - treating the scanner as a keyboard device ). I have no experience of this and would appreciate any information you can give me regarding the printing
