This information used to be stored in the WIN.INI file (I think). It's also available in the registry under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MS Setup(ACME)\User Info

I'd be reeeeeaaaal careful about changing it, tho. You're liable to upset some people if this isn't strictly for internal use.
