Trying to create my own async Server object based on the idea that a Timer object timer event kicks off my server thread. IE client calls a server object and set a timer to fire in x number of seconds. The client then gracefully get control and continues on with other work. On the server the timer event fires performing the server tasks needed. This works great with an out of process server (exe). When I run it as a DLL the timer event never fires! Using VFP 6.0 SP3 either runtime. Anyone heard of this or have a suggestion?
