The NET.CFG & SHELL.CFG files are in the same direcrory as the Novell drivers (C:\APPS_NI\NOVELL), the total files are < 255 (99+99).
Also, the problem disappears if the files are on a local drive even though I am STILL CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK.
