I would strongly recommend recreating the the screen to get read of the gets and says and all the pageframes from the conversion. It will make the form much easier to maintain. Other benefits of recreating the form:
- you will learn the VFP way of doing things and your learning curve will be shorter
- the form will be faster

If you don't want to go that route, what were you using to jump to a specific field before? With VFP you can use SETFOCUS. Example: thisform.txtMary-Ann.setfocus

If you just want to re-order the fields you can use the reorder feature under the view menu.

>Have a data entry form which came from converted 2.6 app. In 2.6 you could go to any field on the screen and enter, now the same screen (form) you have to hit enter through all the gets to get to the one you want. why?
