Hi Dave,

I've run into this a couple of times with the various classes of the FFC. Here's how I fixed it. Find VS6sp3_8.cab. Right click it and select View from the context menu. Select the .vcx and vct files that are causing the problem. Right click, and extract to the desired location. That fixed it for me.
