In my humble opinoin, submitting a wish is a one-way deal. Perhaps the submitter was on to a great idea, then a another developer sees something bigger and better in the suggestion and adds a new updated version. Pretty soon you have 15-20 versions of an otherwise clean wish-list. If every so often (bi-annual perhaps, espeacially near the release of a new version) a discussion occurs on the topics of the Wish-List the chances of a competant well thought-out suggestion being considered is greater. Also, I belive if MS was aware of the consideration given to our wish-list they would put more stock in it. Just my opinion.
